1. Service Description and Scope
VPNBF provides a cross-border network acceleration service: your device's network requests are forwarded through international routes to overseas exit nodes so you can reach international websites and online services abroad. Coverage spans 100+ countries and 230+ routes.
Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route types include IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct routes; the regions and routes actually listed in the client are the authoritative ones.
Subscriptions come in two forms. Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets every month on the day you subscribed, and if you upgrade mid-cycle the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB — use them up at your own pace, they never expire. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
This service is a network acceleration tool and does not provide any content of its own. The content, regional policies, and account rules of third-party websites and apps are decided by their operators, and VPNBF makes no commitment regarding the availability of third-party services.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register — a username and password are all you need. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe, and everything done through the account is treated as the account holder's own activity. If you lose your credentials, contact us as soon as possible through a support ticket.
No limit on simultaneous devices: one subscription works across multiple devices, with no need to buy a separate plan for each one.
A subscription is for the purchaser's own use on their own devices only. Reselling, renting out, or lending a subscription is prohibited, as is sharing subscription addresses in public channels such as forums, chat groups, or e-commerce platforms, or profiting from distributing subscriptions.
If an account is found to be resold, publicly shared, or used with abnormal concurrent connections, VPNBF may suspend or terminate it, with any remaining balance handled under Section 5.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where you use the service, and you are responsible for your own use.
The service is intended for lawful cross-border access, remote work, study and research, and retrieving materials. Using it for any unlawful purpose is prohibited, including but not limited to: infringing the lawful rights of others, distributing illegal content, launching network attacks against third-party systems, accessing other people's systems or data without authorization, and violating intellectual property rights.
You may not use the service to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of networks and information systems, or for any form of network scanning or probing.
Where VPNBF receives a lawful request from a competent authority or identifies clearly unlawful use, it will cooperate in accordance with the law and its platform rules, and may suspend the account concerned.
4. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
VPNBF maintains its routes and clients on an ongoing basis, but the service is provided “as is”; actual performance depends on third-party service policies and the public network environment.
The following are not service faults: changes to a third-party service's own regional policies or risk controls; your local network, ISP routing, or device environment; and events beyond reasonable control such as carrier network failures or force majeure.
Routes, supported regions, and client platforms may change as operations require; the list actually visible in the client is the authoritative one.
For connection problems caused by your device settings, conflicts with third-party software, or failure to follow the guides, please troubleshoot via the Help Center and a support ticket. To the extent permitted by law, VPNBF is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service; liability that cannot be excluded under law is not covered by this clause.
5. Refunds, Account Termination, and Billing
Refunds: you can request a full refund, no questions asked, within 7 days of your first payment. Submit the request through a support ticket and simply include your order number — no reason is required. Funds are returned via the original payment method, and how quickly they arrive depends on the payment provider's processing.
Account termination: you can stop using the service at any time. VPNBF may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:
- Violation of the usage rules in Sections 2 and 3;
- Payment made fraudulently, or a malicious chargeback;
- Attacking, scanning, or otherwise interfering with the service's infrastructure.
For accounts terminated due to violations, the portion already used is settled according to actual usage and the unused portion may be refunded by agreement; refunds do not apply to fraudulent payments or malicious chargebacks.
6. Changes to These Terms and Contact
Changes to these Terms: VPNBF may update these Terms to reflect changes in laws and regulations, product features, or operational needs. When it does, the last-updated month at the top of this page changes accordingly, and the updated content takes effect when published; material changes affecting billing, refunds, or the scope of liability will be explained in a site announcement. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Contact and appeals: once signed in, submit questions, refund requests, and appeals through a support ticket — tickets are the official channel for account and billing matters.
